Select this option if you will be the adminstrator for your firm and your firm has at least one licensed attorney. Each firm must have a designated person to manage the eFiling system. The adminstrator will register the firm and be responsible for setting up and maintaining all users, credit card accounts, and attorneys at the firm. Select this option if your firm has not registered with eFileTexas.gov or through another electronic filing service provider.If you are an out-of-Texas attorney, select the 2nd option.
