If you suspect that compatibility view is turned on in your Internet Explorer, press the alt key (next to the spacebar) on your keyboard to view the menu toolbar on your internet explorer. Pressing the alt key toggles the menu toolbar which will show up at the top of your browser and looks like this:
Once you see the toolbar go to Tools -> Compatibility View Settings. You should see a window like this one:
Make sure that idocket.com is not on this list of websites under compatibility view. If it is, select it and click on the remove button. Click the 'Close' button once you are finished. The web site should reload automatically and you will no longer get this message.
